Join me for a morning of meditative experiences. I’ll share with you a 5 ways of working with meditation that will include: Directing energy, astral clearing, physical meditation, meditating with crystals and an extended sound bowl meditation. Our time together will be highly experiential as I will guide you through each meditation.
This class is ideal for people who have experience meditating and are open to trying something new. This class is intended to share ways of working with meditation based on my clinical experience, and most importantly, to offer a setting for you to have an experience. It will not be rooted in any particular spiritual practice or belief.
